About:

As a child with non-verbal autism, B felt like she’d missed the initial communication lessons all other small humans must have received. Of course, these lessons didn’t exist, but she ended up learning them from an unlikely source; the pre-owned DVD cabinet. B found a safe space with these characters and soon, TV became an utter obsession.

B has been working in the industry for over a decade and has made 12 short films which have shown at over 90 BAFTA and Oscar qualifying Film Festivals across the world, winning awards including the Royal Television Society for best Student Film. Since graduating NFTS in 2022,  B went on to Direct an episode for Channels4’s ‘On The Edge’ series, which will air in 2024. Soon after Channel4, B was selected by Warner Bros Discovery as a directing mentee on House Of The Dragon which she worked on throughout 2023. Coming off HOTD, B has just been selected for Screen Skills ‘Step Up’ scheme with 104 films.

B has worked in a variety of genres including Comedy, Drama and Thriller but she is most drawn to Comedy Drama. B’s films centre around themes of acceptance and grief and often explore subjects that explore male friendship & vulnerability, including her two current projects in development ‘Overwrite’ (Feature) and ‘Bodies’ (TV show). Being Autistic, she is also drawn to Characters who feel like outsiders or observe the world differently.
